How can people be so stupid..
..brb..
Definitely :(
Sorry for the quadruple post.
I'm blaming this big bag of sugary sweets.
Those two and Journey are the best Interactive Mythologies.
And again when I played Barbie Horse Adventures: Mystery Ride.
Wow, that exact same passage struck me the first time I played ClayFighter 63 1/3.
6. Red Ring of Death.
7. Have to pay for Xbox Live.
8. No Exclusives (XBLA / Kinect don't count).
9. Blu Ray beat HD DVD.
10. Closed down studios.
Come on PlayStation Planet, if you're gonna troll do it properly!
Shame, I really liked this game despite its shortcomings.
Not enough of a 'contributioney contribution'?
'Gamey-games', lol. Give me a break..
Ah, where to start with this..
I think you should take a break from playing games, let your batteries recharge and come back, and then you might enjoy them again.
There's no need for him to make excuses for the game being on rails, as if that somehow equates to it being bad. It is what it is!
Platform holders can throw their money behind games designed to take advantage specifically of that console and also - now that we have Wii U gamepad, Kinect and Move - its particular control system.
I think people who are into these are more interested in raising their number by any means possible than by actually developing skills in a particular game.
In fact, most achievements are for doing derp stuff anyway like shooting a certain number of enemies with each gun.
Interesting, maybe they could release it on Kinect?
If not, it would still be nice to see Chair make something for the system.
Lovely stuff! Looks great, can't wait.
No mention of Steel Battalion's infamous permadeath, save-wipe feature?
In the new one you steadily lose members of your platoon if you fail to act to save them during missions. It's a nice feature which does a good job of making you care about your squad, unlike say Gears of War where they can be revived time and time again and will always be around for the next stage.
Binary Domain is my favourite game so far this year. Some of Sega's other highlights for me this gen include the various HD re-releases, recent arcade ports, their work with Platinum and the near miraculous turnabout of the Sonic series.
They'll probably always be my favourite company..
Many of the great games of the past could be completed in under an hour, but in order to get all the way through on a single credit you had to practice and develop skills and strategies, and that could take several weeks.
I wouldn't mind two hour long games in the present day that operate under that kind of premise but I think times have really changed.
Nowadays they release these types of games on digital platforms only because they're deemed unwort...
Great, now what is 'gameplay'?
